Thanks to the advice from our webmaster and support team, we have incorporated a much easier way to address and support our clients updates/website inquiries.
We have just came out with a new, easy to use Support Ticket system that will enable our clients to either email us at support@kylereddoch.com or go to our Support Ticket website at http://www.kylereddoch.com/support to send update and support requests.
You can also track your support ticket status on our website by logging in with the email address you used to send the ticket and the ticket number.
This is just another great way we at The Everyday Web Expert are here for our clients. Without you guys, we wouldn’t be here.
